Description

We are an Early Start FRC serving families who have infants and/or toddlers with disabilities. We serve the areas of Harbor City, Harbor Gateway, Lomita, Wilmington, San Pedro and parts of Carson. We offer a 24 hour helpline, a bilingual parenting/disability related lending library, free brochures and early intervention handouts, monthly support group in Spanish, parent to parent support, parent education workshops and community outreach. We also facilitate the Harbor Area Early Intervention Council bimonthly meetings
