Aztecs Rising

Description

Aztecs Rising promotes peace, self-sufficiency and quality of life for youth, adults and families through gang intervention, violence prevention, case management and job readiness services. Aztecs Rising seeks to break the cycle of violence in the community so that future generations can succeed. Through its innovative programs, Aztecs Rising helps youth and adults become successful, contributing members of their community. While similar in approach, each program of Aztecs Rising works with a unique population and our programs cooperatively work together to provide the best possible services to clients. Services are offered through the following programs: Junior Aztec Fire Fuels Program, Aztec Fire Fuels Crew, Gang Reduction & Youth Development Project and Front Country Fire Crew San Bernardino National Forest.

Aztecs Fire Fuels Crew

Cypress Park Northeast

The purpose of this project is to provide services to at risk youth residing in districts 1, 4, 10, 13 and 14 between the ages of 14 and 25 years old. The population served by this project includes youth ages 14 through 25 that are at risk or former affiliated gang members that are out of school, and or on probation. PHFE will act as the applicant for this proposal and will act as the fiscal intermediary providing the back office services of contract management and fiscal support.

Rampart

The purpose of this project is to provide services to at risk youth residing in districts 1, 4, 10, 13 and 14 between the ages of 14 and 25 years old. The population served by this project includes youth ages 14 through 25 that are at risk or former affiliated gang members that are out of school, and or on probation.
