This program receives State funding through the Department of Developmental Services to provide parent-to-parent support and assist families of young children with developmental delays or at high risk for developmental disabilities, from birth to three years of age in the East Los Angeles area. Also, the program provides emotional support and assistance to families needing access to community services.
