This program is entitled Emergency Response to H1N1 pandemic outbreak and vaccine distribution. It is funded through Federal Pass Through funds. This program is in response to the Governors Emergency Executive Order S-22-09. PHFE will provide personnel and non-personnel services to California Department of Health Services (CDPH) for emergency H1N1 response activities and projects.
