Contract/Grants Management

Partnering with hundreds of organizations, including such entities as The California Endowment, The California Wellness Foundation, the State of California, the United States government, and over 40 counties and cities in California to name a few, PHFE ensures compliance with contract and grant requirements. PHFE’s professional Contract Managers and Team Leaders work with our clients’ Program Directors on a daily basis to provide hands on coordination and oversight of contract related services. Currently, PHFE serves over 175 programs throughout California and the United States managing over $100 million in funding from local, state and federal government agencies, as well as private, corporate and family foundation sources.
