Public Health Foundation Enterprises ("PHFE") respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites and online areas, participates in interactive bulletin boards or forums, or makes a donation on-line. This statement of our privacy policies outlines the information PHFE collects through our websites and how we use that information. This policy statement also instructs you on what to do if you want PHFE to modify or remove your personal information collected or stored during previous visits to PHFE websites.

Use of Personal Information
PHFE does collect and retain personally identifiable information about you (that is, your name, address, telephone number, or email address, etc.) PHFE does not collect credit card information. Information regarding credit card information is collected by Authorize.net, a credit card processing company, for PHFE. You may review information you have already submitted and or ask us to make changes to that information. If you like for us to remove it from our records, please contact us at the email address listed at the bottom of this policy statement. Please note that if you submit credit card information, PHFE has no control over the use of information collected by Authorize.net. We will use reasonable efforts to delete your information from our existing files. If you do provide us with personal information, we may retain and use that information for several purposes. PHFE may use the information it collects to customize your experience on the PHFE website. We will also use your email address to send you updates regarding items of interest. Your e-mail address or other contact information will not be provided to any third party without your prior consent.

Bulletin Boards and Forums
PHFE's websites and online areas operate bulletin boards and forums that allow you to participate in on-line discussions with other on-line participants or affiliated members of PHFE website users. When you contribute a message to one of these discussions, certain personal information will become part of your posting and will be stored by PHFE. In addition, your e-mail address and any other personal information you include will become available to other participants who may read or reply to your message. By participating in any PHFE bulletin board or forum, you consent to the Terms and Conditions available by hyperlink from each bulletin board or forum. All submissions become the property of PHFE. PHFE will not use any personal information contained in postings for marketing or any other purpose.
